Santa Visit Xmas Carnival

On a balmy evening, on Friday, 18/11/16 almost 1000 patrons turned out to enjoy the vast number of activities, to socialise, soak up live entertainment and hopefully win a delicious Christmas Ham!

Whatever your reason for attending our P&C's major fundraiser for the year, thank you for making it such an incredible success! The atmosphere throughout the evening was simply wonderful and it was terrific to see so many children enjoying themselves and so many adults taking the time to relax and socialise with friends and family - photos capturing the event can be viewed at our Gallery.

A couple of major events were as always conducted at our Christmas Carnival with the following results:

P&C Major Raffle

‘Willi' Golden Thong

The annual ‘Willi' Thong Throw was again a popular attraction at the Parkview P&C Christmas Carnival. While the the open record was not eclipsed this year, we did have some new records set in the various divisions.

Community member Danny Boardman was crowned Golden Thong winner for 2016 with a throw of 44.11m, just 90 cm short of the biggest throw ever recorded in the ‘Willi' Thong Throw.

Congratulations to the respective winners who will receive their prizes this week:
