Parkview's representative netballers have enjoyed a positive day at the recent LNPSSA Netball Championships with four girls selected in the LNPSSA Representative team and the school team finishing runners-up in the LNPSSA Championship.

Playing Narrandera PS in the first match, Parkview jumped out to a commanding 5-0 half time lead thanks to some excellent defence led by Tamika Rourke, quick mid court play from Molly Gilmour and some intelligent attacking combinations from Madeline Irvin and Jenna Pengelly.

The second half saw Narrandera challenge Parkview who stood firm through Breanna Calf and Shay Bandy to record a well deserved 7-4 victory and qualify for the final.

The final was a case of missed opportunities for Parkview, creating more than double the shooting opportunities of their opponents, but only converting two of them for the match. Trailing 3-1 at half time, Parkview scored first after the break but from that point on were unable to score again and despite the best efforts of Jordyn Johnstone and Tatum Marks in defence were unable to reel in the deficit, losing by 8 goals to a talented Leeton PS outfit.
