Parkview's representative netball team has impressed at the recently completed LNPSSA Netball Championships, finishing runners-up after a brilliant day of netball competition at the Leeton Stadium.
Drawn to play Narrandera PS in the opening round, Parkview flew out of the blocks in the first half, securing a 12-2 lead. Portia Marks and Samara McMillan shot brilliantly, receiving great service from Zoe Locke and Madeline Irvin in the mid-court.
The second half saw Parkview continue their dominance, with Emily Wright, Shakira O'Connell and Tamika Rourke proving almost unpassable in defence, helping Parkview to secure an 14 goal victory and a place in the final.

The final against Leeton PS was a tight affair early, Leeton storming to 5 goal lead before Parkview found their feet and reduced the margin to just two goals approaching half time.
The more experienced Leeton team steadied after that point to record an 11 goal win, but were made to work for all of their possessions, Keely Bradshaw a stand out in defence while Jordyn Johnstone worked hard for Parkview in the midcourt.
